Prem Kumar Luthra
Prem Kumar Luthra is the President of Unnati Sansthan since 2008. With an experience of 30 years in the social sector, he possesses well-polished skills of strategic planning, project development, management, coordination, mentoring abilities and excellent administrative skills. With his strong people skills, he has efficiently managed the personnel some of whom are working in the organization from more than 10 years. He envisions to transform the lives of tribal people with a deep-rooted focus on children.
Marjorie is the Secretary of Unnati Sansthan since 2007 with an experience of over 20 years in the field of children’s related issues (Education, Child Protection & Nutrition) with a focus on children with disabilities. Her leadership has given the Unnati Sansthan a new high, expanding it beyond Udaipur. She has led many strategies that have a positive impact on the overall functioning of the organization. Her motivation, vision and high power of advocacy has brought smiles on many faces so far and would be bringing many in future.
Abid Faheem, having an expertise in Early Childhood Development, is currently working with us as a Nutrition Specialist and leading the UNICEF Project of ECD (Early Childhood Development) since June 2018. Earlier he has worked in Bihar with Care India as District Technical Officer – Outreach and Nutrition and has 2 years in-depth experience in the field.
Aishwarya is a young development professional who is continuously engaged at the grassroots level for the last 2 years. She is supervising a project of UNICEF which is focused on fostering Early Childhood Education among rural children who are deprived of their basic rights. She also looks after all the documentation of the organization. She holds Masters of Social Work from Udaipur School of Social Work and BA (H) in Economics from International College for Girls, Jaipur.
Shoaib Alam has a specialization in Mental Health from TISS Mumbai. He is currently looking after a project which deals with promoting community-based inclusive development through Inclusive Education and Skill Development in 30 Gram Panchayats of Udaipur District.
